When using this service: We will provide you with a list of at least 4 contractors in which our company and/or our clients have done work with in the past. All of the contractors provided will have a reputable working relationship with our company. Let’s not forget – they’re also licensed!
Contractor Referral and Rehab Consulting Program - $1,195 per dealWhen using this service you will receive:
- Contractor Referrals
- Pre Construction Walk Through with You
- Assistance with determining what repairs to do and not to do while not jeopardizing your intended exit strategy but keeping in mind your rehab budget.
- Preparation of Legal and Binding Contract between You and the Contractor
- Preparation of Draw Schedule from your Escrow Account
- Visits to your property by a representative or an affiliate representative up to three times.
- Access to our entire team. This team includes but is not limited to contractors, electricians, plumbers, painters, roofers, heating and air conditioning contacts, pest control companies, carpet suppliers and installers, and trash haulers.
- Access to staff or its affiliates with questions and concerns.
