Not knowing for sure if this is the best time to be buying real estate?  We understand the fear of making a mistake. To make this simple over 80% of the richest people hold real estate as an investment revenue generator. That alone should speak volumes for the industry.  I want to first tell you what we plan to do for you as a novice to real estate investors.

We will sit down with you and create a Real Estate Action Plan. Every plan is different.

We have come to find through experience that cookie cutting investment doesn’t always succeed since goals vary from investor to investor.  Now that’s not to say everyone has a completely different plan but every plan is unique in its own way as we feel every investor is unique.

Intermediate

As an intermediate we understand that you already have a property or two.  You’ve probably even have a renovation crew to handle your projects.

At OHD, we always believe there’s room for improvement.  Once you get complacent – you get left behind.  We don’t want that to happen to you so as an option we can review your current process and see if there’s anything we can suggest to fine tune the process. We have databases and programs that will get you extra revenue when you sale and rent your properties.

We want you to be successful with your business and the best way for us to accomplish that is to provide you with all the knowledge and expertise we have. We hope that you would take advantage of the resources we have such as private lenders, contractors, etc.
